Welcome to Season 2 of The Advancing Women in Sport podcast. This time, I am lifting my eyes and shifting my focus to the whole system of sport. 

I know from the work that I do with clients in both the business and sport areas that it's important to fix systems and remove barriers that prevent women from all walks of life, from all ages and stages, in all sports on and off the field from reaching their potential. 

My guests in season two are diverse. They are people of different genders. They're in different geographies, yes, I am going beyond Australia. I am also widening my research and conversations to different parts of the sporting sector. 

What season two guests all have in common is that they are agitating, advocating, and activating for gender equality in sport. Like me, they are committing to dismantling the boys club and smashing the patriarchy in sport.
