Welcome to Episode 28 of the Encouragers United Podcast! I'm Charlie Grimes and I'm honored that you would listen in today-- you may not know, but recently the total number of available podcast shows topped the 1 million mark! I get it, there are literally a million other shows you could be listening to right now, so I'm very thankful and honored that you would join me. As host and creator of the Encouragers United my intent is to encourage the encouragers. These people usually are high-energy, optimistic dreamers who are always up for a challenge and an adventure-- We are quick-witted, but sometimes impulsive-- passionate and enthusiastic, but we can over-think things sometimes too. I'm going to work hard to build you up, sharing my experience as a husband, father, athlete, coach, organizational leader, business owner and a born again follower of Jesus Christ currently working as a pastor. And if all that doesn't necessarily apply to you at all, well, I'm here to encourage you in how best to relate to someone in your life that's like me! So grab a cup of tea or coffee-- or just keep focused on the road if you're driving-- it's time to join the Encouragers United.
