There is no more shoulding on ourselves, no more making ourselves small, no more denying ourselves the time and space for the things that light us up. No more of the guilt wrapped needs and desires being left on the back burner. It’s time to get rid of he pedestal we as women, mothers, wives, sisters have been conditioned to place everyone on above us and time to balance the scales.
