For years we have struggled against the pull of technology and looked for ways to use our smartphones more wisely. ¬We’d like to share with you some of the strategies we’ve found and implemented in our quest to find out what “wise technology-use” means. We invite your contributions as we figure this out together. This podcast will provide weekly tips/challenges to help you use your smartphone more wisely. Each week we will provide a new tip/challenge that addresses behavior change, offers alternatives, or other practices that others grappling with this problem have found helpful.
