Introduction

Author, Podcaster, & Silence Breaker I coach women & young girls how to cope with painful memories & flashbacks due to rape, domestic violence, & or pedophilia. You can make it, you can survive ‘’after the pain’’. All you need is the will & the strength to save yourself. Stop relying on dead relationships & unhealthy coping skills to bring comfort into your life. I used to be lost & confused. I couldn't connect or socialize with people without feeling paranoid. The flashbacks of being abused & or sexually assaulted are not easy to cope with. It left a huge hole in my heart that could only be healed by a shot of tequila or whiskey. I was acting out and my reckless behavior almost took my life & my child. I encourage, I Inspire young women to change the direction of their path for the sake of their future. I believe that you can make it after the pain. I am the ear & the support system for women who struggle with forgiving and moving forward from their past.
