Casual conversations and sharing of personal experiences have always been my favorite way of connecting and learning from others. Natural curiosity and a desire to understand others has led me to meet amazing people and hear some crazy stories. Those stories helped me to understand that living your truth will lead you to the best possible life. Through the Pod I hope to share others stories told with laughter, tears and understanding. passing the knowledge and personal experience to help others avoid the pitfalls of life. Remind them of the many options to getting back up. Hitting bottom can be devastating at any height or depth. After all, the worst thing that has ever happened to you is the worst thing that has ever happened. My goal is to help people from getting hung up on the size of the trauma. Big T or little t, the only thing that should matter is that you recover. Through casual conversations about these serious experiences, I hope to inspire others to heal from their traumas and live a life filled with more joy and happy moments. The shit is going to come no matter so why look for it? Be present for the good times and enjoy them, when the shit comes, deal with it so you can get back to the bliss of life.
Consider this a soft place to land and tell your story. Help others learn from your experience. It has always amazed me how the more personal and vulnerable we are the more we connect to others.
