Welcome to the very first episode of TWTT The Podcast. 

Your hosts: Simone Maynard (Australia) and Maki Tanaka (Japan).

This podcast is inspired by Taste with the Toji (TWTT) The Project; a series of online, sake focused Zoom sessions that have been running since April 2020. 

This introduction to the series episode explains a little about how TWTT The Project began and how Maki and Simone came to meet and end up hosting a podcast together... which is something completely new to both of them.

This podcast was created with the already existing TWTT online community in mind but welcomes anybody interested in hearing sake related stories - which, of course, there will be more of as we fine tune and navigate our way through this new platform.
