Introduction

The Autistic Times is a podcast, blog, and website whose goal is to provide helpful tips, resources, and encouragement for people who are or are close to someone who is autistic. 

We aim to stay positive, even lighthearted at times, when it is appropriate, of course. 

From time to time we may dedicate an episode to ADHD and other mental health concerns. But, that depends on how much we have fixated on just autism at that moment.

We wish everyone well, and we want to be helpful for everyone.
