This is a quick Introduction to my podcast. 

I wanted to create a space where we discuss all things both seen and unseen, embracing our spiritual abilities and normalizing being more than this physical body. Owning our own self responsibility in our healing journeys and embrace our lives in a new way with love, compassion and joy. My microphone wasn't working, so I might sound a little muffled here and there with my cheap, but works just fine headphones! But one thing I have learned as I move through this journey. Just do it anyway! Learn as you grow and have fun!
