Hii, I'm Frieda or Frayy if you like and this is the introduction to my Podcast: Behind the Crowd.

Last year I figured out, that I probably have depression. Since then I noticed, that there are lot of people in my age dealing with this, but no one really talks about it. I get why, I wouldn't tell everyone either, but this is exactly why I came to the conclusion, that this is good to talk about in a podcast.

I always wanted to put my voice out there and share my personal storys, but also my opinions on this world/ our society and what I figured out till now. This is what I'm starting with.
