Mile 17 marked a pivotal moment for me, personally, while running the Boston Marathon. Mile 17 is a metaphor for life and the grit and determination that it takes to continue, even when you feel as though you are ready to quit.

Mile 17 is a place to build a community of people who are seeking to better and change their lives. This podcast will encourage you to dive deep into your thoughts, to unpack your deepest hopes and ambitions. A place to reflect and trust yourself when you are in the thick of it and your back is up against the wall.

You are the creator of your own story. We are all subject to change at any point in our lives, without the need to further explain or justify ourselves. It is vital to our humanity to continue to grow and evolve through changing our thoughts and habits.
