Introduction

Here on Breaking the Cycle, we get the chance to listen to everyday people tell their stories of  of abuse, drug addiction, mental illness, self-neglect, sexual assault, and much more. Survivors recount their stories in vivid detail, and most of all, explain how they made it through. This podcast is meant to give these men and women a voice, but also to provide insight to the general public on these often stigmatized issues, while offering hope to those afflicted currently.
