This is the introduction episode of the podcast "Good News...with Goodman", hosted by Paul Goodman.  The purpose of this podcast is to be a source of positivity and highlight good news stories in the world.  Episodes will include interviews with people making a difference.  This episode includes coverage of a New York Times op-ed which called 2019 "The best year ever" and an interview with Charlie Grady, founder and leader of Hang Time Real Talk, which seeks to provide specific ex-offenders,  group and gang members, diagnosed (and/or yet to be diagnosed) with Post  and Present Traumatic Stress, options in mental health treatment.  They meet regularly across the state of Connecticut and their meetings are open to the public.  It's an environment where everyone feels included.  I encourage you to go.  Their website is hangtimerealtalk.com.  I hope you enjoy this episode!
