In this podcast, I am going to be as raw and real as I can from my own personal experiences. Again, I will not be sugar coating anything, so explicit language will be in this entire podcast. I want to state that I am not a doctor in any sort in this field, but I have been through an abundance of life that I have learned from. I'm only here to let you know that you are not alone, and hopefully obtain some insight on why things are going the way they are for you. 

Throughout all of this, if I trigger something, please feel free to just shut me off, but understand, nothing can physically hurt you while listening to this.
