The Holy Spirit is fully God - Eternal, present everywhere, all-knowing, all-powerful, holy and true-active from creation through Jesus' Life, death, and resurrection, and now indwelling every believer as the mark of salvation and adoption into God's family.  Like new wine needs fresh wineskins, believers and churches must let God soften and renew them so they can keep growing, hearing His voice, and experiencing His presence instead of clinging rigidly to old patterns or past experiences.
