This is an introduction to all things ER nursing where I will talk about working as a nurse in the ER and hopefully share some knowledge. I have worked un ER since 2007 and as a nurse since 2009.  currently i am a flight nurse and a Florida paramedic. I have a wide knowledge base from working also in ICU and PACU. In each department or modality that I have worked it all works together to help have better patient outcomes.
