Introduction to Buddhism

Born in Denmark, Lama Ole is one of the best-known Western Buddhist teachers.  In 1969, he and his late wife Hannah met their teacher, 
      the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, historically the first incarnate lama of Tibet.  His Holiness asked them to teach, establish meditation centers 
      and ensure that Buddha's teachings  remain alive and relevant to the intelligent and critical-minded lay people of the West.  Lama Ole 
      Nydahl directs over 570 Diamond Way Buddhist centers across the globe from Siberia to New York.
