Introduction to Current Issues and the Constitution

Professor Woodrow Wilson will provide an introduction to the upcoming radio broadcast with an explanation about the importance of understanding and keeping up with current events in 2013 and how these current issues impact our lives.

Here we will discuss and integrate critical thinking along with constitutional knowledge in the attempt to provide the listener with an aptitude of readiness along with the skills necessary for proper judgment and the knowledge of history and how to apply it. Despite dramatic changes in the media and information revolution, public knowledge of current affairs have changed very little, Professor Woodrow Wilson hopes to change this.

The definition of Current affairs comprises of news, information, awareness and comprehension on all that is happening in the world – in relation to every walk of life. It covers all topics ranging from business, sports, money, politics, education, employment, crime, and ethics so on and forth. It may be about rising onion prices, theft in somebody’s shop, or a terrorist attack. You may grasp the news from the television news hours, news papers, Internet, news magazines, business magazines, radio, talk shows, and word of mouth – from anywhere.
