A former Chief Engineer, my passion for wellness was ignited by my wife's recovery from diabetes. I pursued nutrition training across Australia, Portugal, and Thailand and now help others unlock their health potential. At 62, I’ve run 16 marathons and taken on a 1000KM challenge to promote wellness.

Sathiavani Wellness is a family-led initiative: My wife, Kokilavani, overcame diabetes and guided 5,400+ people to better health. My son, daughter-in-laws, and Major Amirtharaj all contribute expertise in child nutrition, fitness, and mental health.
