What is intuitive eating and how can you start eating intuitively? For many (myself included), the answer isn't so straightforward. In this episode, I'll walk you through a brief explanation of this concept and offer best practices to help you tune into your hunger cues, eat without distraction and honor your cravings. 

This episode is by no means an exhaustive overview of intuitive eating. My hope is that you leave with a better understanding of how to eat mindfully and that you feel more in control of your relationship with food.
