In this first of what I hope to be many podcasts, I talk about what I mean by sustainable culture. While my new book Leadership and Purpose: How to Create a Sustainable Culture will be released in a couple of weeks,  I couldn't cover everything that I have learned about these cultures.  Also I keep learning!  I want to continue to share with you the new tips, tools, lessons learned, insights as I gain greater understanding every day about what makes sustainable cultures unique and how companies make the transformation from the more traditional to the more sustainable cultures.  I end this episode by introducting the next substantive episode: Epiphany or Tipping Point: How leaders' transformations guide organizational transformations.
