An interview with Dami on my mental health journey

I wanted to introduce my mental health journey in this episode along with a special friend who has been a fantastic support system for me.

In this interview she asks me about my mental health journey and the impact that it might have had on my, my school life and my life generally. We also discuss what help I have received over the years and how I struggled and battled my illnesses alongside living my dreams.

This conversation will hopefully give you a bit of an insight into my journey and as the series continues you will get to know me more and more about diagnoses, triggers, symptoms etc.
