Commoditized fee structures, salary pressure and low-profit margins are all symptoms of a larger disease: the actual value that architects create is not realised for them financially.

It is a prominent issue which doesn’t just happen in one country or to a certain group of architects, it is a general problem which undeniably contributes to a level of disarray affecting all aspects of our life.
