As a professor of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Nikki works with university students and early career professionals who are idealistic realists. Idealistic in their intent to use their life for a purpose, but realistic to know that the world will not hand them that opportunity on a silver platter. 

The purpose of this podcast is to inspire these idealistic realists to keep building a purposeful life and to remind them they are not alone in that pursuit.
