I create space for men to share what we are going through, how to deal with emotions, family, fatherhood, divorce, fear and anxiety, shame and guilt, relationships, money, aging, vulnerability, as well as the messages we took on being a male growing up. My goal is to empower men to be accountable, compassionate, balanced, creative, vulnerable, transformative, and most of all joyful and loving.
