Welcome everybody, my name is Joel Krato and I am the host to the Coaches Roundtable Podcast! The purpose behind the podcast is to give any coach the platform to discuss their philosophies and techniques. Baseball is a game that has what seems like an endless amount of ways to hit or throw. Nobodies coaching philosophy is exactly like someone else's, we all teach the game different and that's what makes the game so beautiful. No matter the level you are coaching, I am certain there is something that myself and others could learn from you.
