Fourth Watch Files is a new show on Freedom First Network hosted by Carl Crew, who is an actor, screenwriter, filmmaker and the co-owner of the California Institute of Abnormalarts in North Hollywood, CA. The CIA is a venue for all sorts of underground performance art. It is also home to a museum of sorts, with strange and unusual artifacts, such as their famous dead clown, the arm of Claude de Lorraine and all sorts of other oddities.
