Welcome to the Women's Wellness Group Podcast! This is the very first episode so thank you for taking the time to have a listen.

In this podcast, I introduce myself as well as the Women's Wellness group.

I then go on to discuss the importance of creating sustainable habits and how I help my clients to do this. I find that it is crucial to not put too much pressure on yourself at once. Start with a couple of goal and build upon them.

The 4 principles that I touch upon are:

  1. Make the goal obvious

  2. Make the goal attractive

  3. Make the goal easy

  4. Make the goal satisfying
