In the last podcast we concluded the second volume in the series titled, “The Far Reaching Effects Of A Successful Life.” In that volume we noticed the years of 1917-1926. David Benson has come home from the war where he helped his future brother in law Walter Macintosh to the Lord. Eventually Walter would help David meet his sister Anna who latter married David.

We left the last podcast with young Clara Jones and Walter’s brother Harry developing a love for each other and were planning to go to Bible School together.

This leads us to the third volume in the Secret of a successful Life Series titled, “Living Well in Difficult Times.” The time frame will center on the years of 1929—1939, a time known as the Great Depression. This volume is titled, “Living Well In Difficult Times.”

In this volume there will be a variety of accounts of the Depression years with several of those hardships described, where several of them are based on true events.
