Welcome to the initiatory episode of Flora Gnosis, wherein lies the overall core of what this podcast is, and what we will explore together through personal experience and meaning. As "Gnosis" is the Greek word for "awareness" or "knowledge" gained through direct, personal experience, so too will we be sharing our personal experience with what plants have taught us, and in this first episode I even share a few examples from audience submissions.
