Retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police Sgt Major Sebastien (Seb) Lavoie is Owner of the consulting company Raven Strategic Inc.

 

Seb is also Co-owner of Ascension Martial Arts, Founder of Sheepdog and Dogs Den Crossfit.

Military Veteran

 

12 Years Services on the full time Lower Mainland District Emergency Response Team (SWAT, 7 yrs as a Team Leader)

 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt

 

Combative instructor

 

Certified strength and conditioning coach (trained athletes from garage to the Crossfit games)

 

Promoted to Divisional Sgt Major for BC in 2019 (Chief Warrant officer advisory NCO for the Commanding officer of the division)

 

Retired after 20 yrs in policing
