Introverted people often get a bad wrap for areas like leadership. A common belief is that introverts don’t make great leaders. Like somehow recharging your energy from solitude rather than being in front of a crowd means you can’t lead well.

This couldn’t be further from the truth! While at first glance a person could seem antisocial, unfriendly, shy or even lonely, their capacity for great leadership could surprise you. It’s just a matter of how they use their introversion to serve others. We all could learn a thing or two here!
