She found a passion for making equal opportunities for university students after receiving a degree in Organization Psychology. Majority of her career has been recruiting in Technology for a wide range of functions. Throughout her career she has been able to gain skills in recruiting, diversity and inclusion, program management, university relations, interviewing and market research.
