How many times have you had a feeling in your gut that something just wasn’t quite right? Call it a hunch, sixth sense, butterflies in the stomach, it is basically your gut’s brain telling you that based on what you can see in your environment, something isn’t quite right.
Most of us have experienced the sense of knowing something without knowing why. It is when the subconscious mind communicates with the conscious mind which gives us that ability to make a split-second decision.
When our intuition is trying to tell us something, we quite often get some kind of physical sensation that something is not quite right.
So what do we do when we get these feelings, a lot of the time, absolutely nothing.
We question it, we deny it, we push it away as paranoia, when in fact we should listen to it and act.
Today Rachel dives into the reasons why we choose to ignore our intuition and what we can do to help tap into these gut feelings and learn to trust them.
