The death of Sam Ramplin is a story of unimaginable loss, grief and the search for meaning after tragedy — told by her daughter, Summer Ramplin.

Content warning ⚠️ This episode discusses bereavement, and the death of a lovely lady. Sam was a successful glamour model and a friend of mine during my modelling years in the late 1990s.

We shared many adventures together before life took us in different directions when I moved into the music industry. Years later, Sam experienced every parent’s nightmare when her son Denny was killed in a motorcycle accident.

A couple of years after losing her son, Sam tragically took her own life. In this deeply personal episode of Intuition, I sit down with Sam’s daughter Summer Ramplin to talk about the woman behind the public image — as a mother, a friend and a person — and what happened to their family after Denny’s death.

Summer shares her experience of losing both her brother and her mother, living through profound grief, and the spiritual journey that followed. We talk about grief, trauma, synchronicity, intuition and what happens when devastating loss forces us to question everything we thought we knew about life and death.

This isn’t simply the story of how Sam died. It’s the story of the legacy she left behind, the love that remains, and how Summer found spirituality through grief.

On 4th April 2022, one of the istreem resident DJs, Scottish born, Scott Menzies  known artistically as ‘Mendez’ emailed me. Scott had always been a pleasure to work with, and been off sick for his previous months show. Welcome to the the first episode of InTuition with me, Sacha.

We all have intuition, and we all have lots to learn about how to follow it, every day is a school day in my world, I know that having faith in our love, to give us the inner guidance to follow our path is key, to being free to find our authentic selves and embrace our higher purpose.

In these podcasts I’ll be taking you on my spiritual journey, i’ll be sharing time, space and stories with all kinds of beautiful people that i’ve met somewhere along the way, and connecting with new friends that have something to say.

In this first episode I take you back to 2010, where my spiritual healing journey truly began, in earnest, at Burning man, an art festival in the USA.

My first special guests are the leaders of the Root Society, Jeff Taylor (Jefr Tale) & SkyWalker, the men that make the root soundstage’s and camp happen, and the ones that looked after me, a virgin burner, when I first spent the week in Black Rock City.

We talk about how I ended up there, how I was feeling when I got there, the DJs that I was on this trip with, and what happened to me in that incredible week, in the dusty Nevada desert.

I’ve always loved the magical side of life, my sixth sense has developed over my many years here. The spiritual psychic side of me that’s been very much repressed is now out. My spiritual faith is a now a great support system to me and plays a major part in my daily life and will be my guide throughout these podcast conversations.
