Kristen Williamson is a registered dietitian that is passionate about helping others achieve their personal best through nutrition and optimal training. Kristen has worked with a wide range of athletes including high school and college athletes to masters athletes and beyond! She is a registered dietitian, certified ACSM personal trainer and level 2 RRCA (Road Runner's Club of America) running coach.  As a dietitian, she enjoys digging into the science behind nutrition and endurance sports. She  uses this information to help others make sustainable changes to support their fitness goals and overall health.
