Taking us deeper into health through intuitive intelligence is Melissa Binkley, creator and founder of The Intuitive Intelligence Academy. Sharing her background, Melissa talks about the traumas that she has carried from childhood up to the various obstacles she faced in her twenties. She then found a way out through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she dove deeper into neuroscience, quantum physics, and the psychology of health. Putting spirituality into the mix, Melissa enlightens us with our ability to connect with the heart, the collective conscious, and the higher self to ultimately create change and heal traumas.
