Molly Metz. Molly is known as “the queen of rope” and is a 5 time world champion in the sport of speed jump roping. Molly never set out to be an inventor, but when she encountered a problem that she needed to solve, she invented a new design of jump rope. Molly obtained two patents for her design and believed that she owned the exclusive rights to her idea until someone stole that idea and used the US patent system against her.
