On the final Friday of every month we bestow the Lt. Jan McTernan Blue Friday award for a local law enforcement professional who has gone "ABOVE & BEYOND THE BADGE". This month we are honored to have Investigator Jamie Baynes of the Hanover County Sheriff's Office and we thank him for his service to our community as the May 2024 recipient of the Lt. Jan McTernan Blue Friday honor!
