Jacqueline Marshall went from being a dental hygienist to real estate investor extraordinaire in a short period of time. What did it take to get there? Jacqueline has been investing for 8 years now and focused on buying quality homes in good neighborhoods. By doing this, she’s benefited from massive appreciation and increased rents. A-class neighborhoods have been her go-to investment product. After being in the STR business for several years, Jacqueline started a flipping business to make more money for additional investments. After buying her first 4-plex, she’s now ready to scale up and get into an even larger multi-family property.
