This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Philadelphia based entrepreneur Jonathan “JD” Dempsey (@livefreewithjd). JD is a real estate investor, agent, and business owner that specializes in short term rentals. This 28 year old millionaire reached financial freedom before age 30 by building a portfolio of over 70 short term rental units. In the last 24 months, JD has also created a short term rental property management business that manages a portfolio of over 100 units across multiple cities ranging from the Pennsylvania, the Jersey Shore, to Phoenix Arizona. He believes that financial independence is a lifestyle and that anyone with an ounce of desire to be financially independent should pursue it. This is why he created the “Live Free” Movement to teach entrepreneurs how to chase their path to financial freedom and explore the world.
