In this episode I dive into the fears and misconceptions about buying properties that are not in your backyard, in the area that you live. I encourage my fellow investors to not be afraid to invest in properties out of state in markets that might be more ideal than the area they currently live in. I also go into the importance of building a great team, property manager.. ie that can make this possible.
