Sean Lennon Host of The Fightlete Report welcomed back Invicta FC women’s Atomweight Lindsey “Damsel” VanZandt on The Fightlete Report. She is fighting Alesha Zappitella at Co Main Event Invicta 40 July 2 on UFCFightPass. She’s also fought on Bellator before and most recently Rizin.

Lindsey talked about returning to the Invicta cage, her last fight against Rena Kubota in Rizin, training during the pandemic, fighting without fans, and the now former Invicta FC atomweight champion JInh Yu Frey who just made her UFC debut.
