Michelle Steiner lives with an invisible disability. She has articles published on The Mighty, Non Verbal Learning Project, Dyscalculia Blog, The Reluctant Spoonie, Kalopina Collective, Imagine the World as one Magazine and Word Gathering. She has had her photographs featured in Word Gathering and Independent and Work Ready. She works as a paraeducator in a school with students with disabilities. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two cats.

I learned so much from Michelle. She did not let her disability keep her from going after what she wanted in life. She has figured it all out and created the life she wanted. Was it easy? NO She did so much of the research and gathering of information on her disability and the resources that were available for her. She didn't let the words of one person that told her she wouldn't be able to do this or that!

Her photography of flowers is a passion of hers and the pictures are beautiful.
