In this episode of Thinking Reimagined®️, Dr. Ama, Executive Director, Live Abundantly!®️  and  Ms Abi Sotuminu, Founder of PATISS discuss with Nifemi Oguntoye the policies which hamper gender parity in the workplace and dearth in the level of female professionals in so-called 'male dominated’ professions.

The discussants also addressed the scholarships for female Nigerian surveying female students in higher institutions of learning in a bid to change the perceptions of women in certain career. 

The scholarships honour the First and only Female Surveyor General of Nigeria, Mrs. Olayinka Omolabake Adekoya.
