I am so proud of you, for how you keep showing up every day, how you keep taking those tiny baby steps forward towards leaning, growth and healing. It can truly suck, and be really hard, but it’s necessary to go through it, to get to the other side. We have to show up for our own rescue, we have to save ourselves, it’s the only way.
