Tools for capturing Invoice data and processing Invoices automatically.

In this example, we will demonstrate how automation software tools can easily capture information and data fields form scanned, faxed and PDF-based invoices.

Here is an invoice that has been scanned and processed by one of our software packages.  This software automatically located and recognized some data fields automatically.  

First, so make sure that the located and captured information is accurate, WiseTREND software may mark some characters in red color, indicating that a user may need to review these, characters for accuracy, while ignoring all other characters in black color.

Next, the software suggests to the user that some fields could not be located.  They are listed here, and clicking on any field will highlight it in the cursor into it automatically, guiding the operator step by step.

All text on the Invoice page has been converted to digital objects.  Operator can simply click on any text object, and that text will be placed into the associated field.  Entering information here is as simple as click, click, click – no manual data entry required.

For those operators who prefer to use the keyboard, a similarly fast data collection technique is available.  Entire text from the invoice has been cashed in memory, so entering just the first character of the desired field provides a user-friendly suggestion, eliminating the need to enter the entire value.

Our tools also monitor and check for accuracy and integrity of your data.  For example, in this Date field, if a user makes an accidental typo, the software will automatically fix it.  If the typo cannot be resolved automatically, the user will be informed about it with a friendly message reminder.

Other rules include format checks, database and list lookups, mathematical formulas, regular expressions, and other logic-driven validation.  For example, one rule can validate multiple fields at the same time, such as reconciliation between line item totals and the total amount.
