No beating around the bush in this episode just destroying them! Straight on to week 20 in the Year of Alicia. This week I became a master gardener. Not really, but I tried. I only ruined one bush. But, most importantly this week, I took the first steps in my recovery from my Binge Eating Disorder; intensive outpatient treatment. I never experienced treatment before. I'm exhausted but hopeful!
