Kevin provided options for those that have private loans and are in a high income household that may need be able to get this relief. 
There is a three step plan that will be designed to help low income and middle income families pay back their loans. 
Overall, Kevin expressed his opinion on the student loan bubble and some solutions to help bring the debt down over time.
