Obsessed with Disney movies, World of War Craft, and Lord of the Rings, Caitlin found herself wanting to work in CG- but not as an animator. That was a surprise! But she wouldn’t trade her luck for the world. She shares that experience of pivoting career expectations, how she transitioned from college into the workplace, and what her workload looks like as an animation supervisor.
